What volume of oxygen (O2) the lichens / grass can produce ? Other gases, which are components of EARTH-like planet air. The way to produce / create breathable and friendly air, and released in MARS planet atmosphere.

To prepare everything before humans come there. We must grow lichens on MARS planet soil, and multiply them, then disseminate on the soil everywhere with air-drones. We must send a laboratory / science & engineering unit (with tools, electronics stuff, etc, …) on MARS planet, before humans come. Then we must send a(multi) lichens-factory(ies) generator(s) / production unit(s). Huge air-drones will disseminate lichens on MARS planet ground. Creation of MYLAR-made domes, inside, natural ecosystems, system of gas exchange with the outside environment in the aim to turn MARS planet into breathable atmosphere.
Human missions.
Journeys, they will need a biologist / agriculturist to study, experiment, etc, ... Other crew missions. Other planned and automated robotic missions.
Required conditions :
Temperature °C / °F.
We must prefer permafrost less than 1 foot beneath the surface, half mud, half ice, MYLAR sheet over. The solar energy will soften the soil.
Life cycle :
When atmosphere will be created (with greenhouse effect), we will be able to have grass, plants, vegetables, trees. The lichens grown at first will turn into humus, with this humus the grass will produce thicker humus, with this thicker humus the plants will produce thicker humus, so with these new conditions trees will be able to grow.
